CHIN CHIN
Chin Chin snacks is a home-made American sweet pastry snack made from wheat flour. It is a cookie biscuit that is fried, not baked. Our Chin Chin is crunchy but soft and melts in your mouth. It is similar to the Scandinavian snack called “klenat”, a crunchy, donut-like baked or fried dough of wheat flour, and other customary baking items. It is also a popular West African dessert common in countries like Nigeria, Cameroon and Ghana. It’s recipe also comes with ground nutmeg for flavor. The dough is usually kneaded and cut into small one-inch (or so) squares, about a quarter of an inch thick, before frying. It is so tasty and delicious that you will ask for more. It comes in different aluminum window-like foil in different packs.

Yet I was compelled to write to you and tell you these are some of the tastiest desserts food products I have ever had. I love to eat, and I love the chin chin the best!! Mostly I eat fresh food, but I like to occasionally add in chin chin or sausage rolls to keep things interesting. I prepare a lot of my own desserts as well.
